Returns:

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to request a return authorization.
Any items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Refunds:

If your item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon receiving the item and verifying the damage or defect.

We do not issue refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect size or colour, or change of mind. We do not offer exchanges for any reason.

Please note that our return policy applies to all items purchased through our online art store. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine that the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
